If you’re having trouble logging into a session or presentation, please note that even though you’re registered for the Together We Stitch expo, you still need to sign up for each individual session.
When the system asks if you’re already registered and then says you’re not, it means you haven’t RSVP’d for that specific session yet. Just enter your name and email on the session’s registration page, and you’ll be able to access it.

A virtual gathering for sewists, makers, and creators from around the globe. It is a space to learn more about the craft we love and connect with others in the sewing community. This free to attend event is happening March 24-30.
The expo is for anyone seeking inspiration, insights, and community connection in the sewing world.
Once you register for your Free or VIP ticket, you’ll receive details on how to access the expo sessions. There is no special software needed to join, this is a virtual event, so you can join from the comfort of your home.
General admission (Free) can watch the replays until 11:59PM Sunday 30th March (2:59PM Monday 31st AEDT) VIP attendees enjoy an additional 12 months access to expo presentations.
The expo covers a range of topics, including sewing techniques, fabric types, sewing sustainably, and more. Check out our agenda for specific details.
11 sessions will be presented live, giving you the opportunity to ask the presenter questions at the time.
If you can’t make the session live, it will be recorded and available to watch on replay until 11:59PM Sunday 30th if you have a free ticket. Upgrading to the VIP gives you an additional 12 months to enjoy.
No not at all. While most of the community aspect will be on Facebook, the actual presentations will be through an online website included in your ticket.
Yes! The Together We Stitch Expo 2025 is completely free!
You will have until 11:59PM Sunday 30th March (2:39PM Monday 31st March AEDT) to watch the presentations and soak up all the learning. After that, only those who have upgraded to the VIP ticket will have an extra 12 months to watch the talks.
– For those that register for the FREE ticket, you will be able to watch all presentations, including the recordings for the week of the expo. Access to the replays finishes 11:59PM 30th March (2:59PM Monday 31st AEDT).
– You will also get to interact in the Pop Up Facebook Group with other attendees and speakers from all over the world.
– Every Attendee also gets a free Digital Booklet with lots of fun information about sewing.
